Location and cleanliness. Staff very friendly and sorted any issues we had promptly.
Nothing really. Only disappointing thing for me was the fact they state in their description that they speak English, Vietnamese and Welsh and being welsh speaking this was the main reason we chose the property. Staff had no idea about this!!
