Strategic location near to convenient store, easy to check in and check out, got parking, no deposit, okay for short stay and fast response from owner @ agent
Hard pillows on bed (sore pain on my neck), no coffee table in front of sofa (to put mugs when watching tv), no microwave, no extra mugs, burn @ black spot on iron, no extra tissue, air cond not cold at all (perhaps using low horsepower), bathroom's door not clean and loud noise occurs from water pipe at the kitchen sick & toilet (I using hair tie to tighten up the loose

Im a frequent traveller and often book here. because really comfortable, cold aircond, strong wifi, really clean n worth the price.

lcoation was good, easy access to food and walkable to McD and Starbucks.
1. unit looked a bit run down. furniture's were loose or broken/warn out
2. Car park was dark and confusing, signs are not helpful
3. unit bathroom was not so clean. left over rubber band ( hair ties)) and ciggerate buds
4. Kitchen tap leaking
