Great stay, highly recommended!

The location is great, near a quite remote hamlet with great views on the surrounding landscape. The yurts are very nice (all come from Mongolia), each is unique and there is plenty of space around each one for privacy. The hosts can serve dinner, in which case they bring dinner directly to your yurt, to enjoy on a table installed outside, in front of your yurt. The food is home-made, from fresh products and very tasty. The breakfast was good, on the terrace of the main building (reception+kitchen). The hosts are amazingly friendly and more than willing to share their love for the place.

The restrooms are dry restrooms, in a small building next to each yurt (so you have your own restrooms and bathroom). It tends to smell a little bit (not that bad).

A pieaceful stay in a stunning location

A stunning location in a very beautiful part of France. What a quiet paradise... amazing views and so peaceful. We had dinner brought to our cabin one night and loved the delicious vegetarian meal. thank you !

Exceptional

Location is amazing - surrounded by nature - and the yurts are a unique experience. The hosts are super welcoming and place is spacious, perfect to hang around. We had an unforgettable time. Strongly recommend if you want to have relaxed time around Verdon.

Just to have in mind it is 20 min drive from Castellane. Being remote makes it so charmy and unique :))

Tranquility everywhere

We had an exceptionally nice stay at the yurt. We mostly enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the quietness. The owners were very kind and helpful. We would recommend this to everyone who enjoys nature and tranquility. Perfect stay to deconnect from the daily and digitized life.

The yurt was extra! Magical. Super comfortable, spacious and very special.

It's a climb... but it's part of the charm I guess... Also, I found it hard to get used to dry toilets...

Lovely break in the mountains

Very kind and friendly hosts, the location was beautiful and extremely remote. There are fantastic views, it's really quiet and you can see the stars at night. The children were happy as there was a play area, dogs and goats. We were happy as there was a nice selection of French craft beers to drink while the children played. The shower was excellent and the yurt was comfortable and nicely decorated.

Indeed a different type of destination

Very comfortable and cosy yurt, good private bathroom facilities, very quiet location in the countryside, very helpful hosts, good meals available served in the yurts. Friendly goats!

Super mooie, rustige plek midden in de natuur

Een bijzonder mooie plek midden in de natuur. De locatie ligt ongeveer 5 km vanaf de hoofdweg over een verharde landweg rij je naar de yurts. Een vriendelijk ontvangst van de gastheer op deze stille locatie met enkele yurts en een chalet. De yurt is voorzien van een twijfelaar en een kleine verwarming. Er zijn GEEN koffie of thee faciliteiten in de yurt aanwezig. Buiten staan 2 stoeltjes en is een picknick tafel tot je beschikking. En buiten is een aparte prive badkamer met douche en toilet. Wij hadden de pech dat het keihard regende en onweerde op 1 van de 2 nachten en dan moet je dus door de stromende regen naar toilet :( Het ontbijt is in de gezamenlijke ruimte en heel minimalistisch, 1 soort brood, geen yoghurt, boter op aanvraag en een ei kost je 3 euro. Wel heerlijke zelfgemaakte jam. Het diner hebben we 1x afgenomen en krijg je in de yurt geserveerd, we hadden onze tijd van thuiskomst nauwkeurig doorgegeven, maar toch stond het eten koud op onze kamer, erg jammer. De gastheer en dame zijn zeer vriendelijk en proberen je zoveel mogelijk informatie te geven om de omgeving te ontdekken en je hierover te adviseren. Er is voldoende parkeerplek en er lopen 4 grote geiten op het terrein vrij rond. Zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar rust, natuur en ruimte... Vanuit de yurt heb je geen uitzicht over de bergen, maar je kijkt op wat struiken en bomen uit. Je hebt wel uitzicht als je boven op het terras van het restaurant zit, maar daar mag je alleen op de aangegeven tijden zitten. Op deze locatie heb je zeker een auto nodig.

Déconnexion atypique en pleine nature

Un séjour inoubliable dans une yourte tout confort et très propre!! L'accueil et la gentillesse de nos hôtes ainsi que leur disponibilité pour nous expliquer et nous donner de bons conseils sur les lieux à visiter. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse était excellent avec une vue sur les montagnes à couper le souffle . La propriété est isolée avec une route un peu sinueuse mais elle se mérite pour son calme et sa nature, un havre de paix et une déconnexion totale. La possibilité de se faire livrer dans la yourte les dîners végétariens fait maison et délicieux 😋 Les petites chèvres 🐐 😊 Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour au top !! Merci Aurélia et Michaël pour votre sympathie et votre simplicité nous en garderons un souvenir inoubliable 🌈

La tranquilité du site est idéale pour se deconnecter. C'est un retour à la nature mais avec le confort. Mon top, le reveil et le petit déjeuner à la fraicheur matinale, vue sur les sommets alentours, avant qu'il ne fasse trop chaud On a vraiment été ailleurs. L'accueil d'Aurélia et de Michaël est très sympathique sans être invasif.

Un super week-end en nature

Nous avons passé un weekend formidable, les hôtes sont d'une extrême gentillesse, très disponibles et à l'écoute. Le logement est très propre et magnifique (nous avions pris le chalet), il est situé au milieu de la forêt en périphérie du village, c'est super pour changer d'air et se dépayser. Nous reviendrons certainement ! De plus, nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le repas servi en chambre entièrement cuisiné maison, et c'était délicieux ! (même l'huile d'olive était maison !) Le cadre est magnifique, il est possible de boire un verre en terrasse et de voir le coucher de soleil avec une magnifique vue et une carte de boissons très complète (cocktails etc) Un grand merci à Aurélia et Michael, qui se décarcassent pour que le clients repartent avec le sourire, cela a été notre cas ps : n'hésitez pas à leur demander conseil pour des activités dans les alentours, ils nous ont conseillé une petite randonnée qui était à deux pas et magnifique

Les hotes ont eté super gentils et à l’ecoute de nos besoins . Ils ont apporté aussi des conseils pour les randos et meme preté un sac à dos vraiment adorable . Le site est top . Experience yourte tres sympa

Un très bel endroit!

Tout d'abord,nous tenions à remercier Yann pour son accueil et sa gentillesse Nous étions 7 copines et logions au Camp des trappeurs. Une belle surprise lorsque nous avons découvert le lieu, en pleine forêt, très bien décoré et agencé avec tout le nécessaire. Les serviettes de toilette et linge de lit étaient fournis, ce qui nous a bien facilité la vie!
