House Maximo at Colosseum

Very pleasant and helpful host - no problem with earlier arrival, two sets of keys and baggage storing after check-out. Very nice apartment setup - central area with bedroom windows into a quiet garden. Basic cooking ingredients/coffee at disposal.

Nothing serious - just some cooking accessories could be updated, knives sharpened.

Super mooi appartement en zeer behulpzame manager. Fijn dat het op loopafstand is van het colloseum en supermarktje heeft in de straat. Ondanks dat het in de stad is, is het erg rustig en stil in het appartement, super!

De slaapbank kraakte, maar als enkel kinderen erop liggen, dan is dat prima.

L emplacement géographique pour prendre les transports en commun, la taille de l appartement qui est spacieux, et il est bien décoré. Les lits sont de bonne qualité. L’appartement est très propre.

Location was excellent and the apartment was nice! I take the stairs, but there is a cute, little lift (please note that it is for 2 people max.).

I had misunderstood that the extra room was a single and that the extra bed was actually a sofabed in the living room. I didn't sleep comfortably (but I'm a light sleeper). A small issue: the light wasn't working on the stairs on Friday when we arrived and it was still broken on Sunday when we left. Since there was a concierge, I thought he might find the time to change a lightbulb. Lastly, the owner kindly granted me an extra set of keys: I hadn't warned her beforehand, and for that I apologize, but she made it very plain that this annoyed her very much. It would have been ok to just say no!
