They offered us a massage, we had to drive to another partner hotel and this place was awful. Super dirty. We said we don’t want to do the massage her but they still charged us 50%

Not for the wheelchair bound

The breakfasts were a highlight and the pool was nice and well maintained

The hotel is advertised as wheelchair accessible although one had to negotiate a steep ramp to enter the property and a narrow cobbled path and sections of raised and gravel chip path edges to enter the room. Exploring around the neighbourhood in the wheelchair was not an option given the state of the roads, congestion of traffic and lack of footpaths

Our stay was good the hotel definitely needed an update specially the bathroom and the room itself

Having an European background so for many of us breakfast is mostly sweet, but unfortunately at the hotel was more as Indian food and for me is a no . But after we raised the issue the manager was really accommodating us we some different options for breakfast thanks

Great place to stay

The staff were super friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. They always asked every morning if you'd like you room cleaned and always looked after our key for us when we went out so we didn't lose it. The bed was really comfy and the rooms were very big. The hotel is in a good location, a quieter area away from the centre of Ubud but only a short drive or taxi ride away. Also the cats were great to play with everyday however they didn't belong to the hotel but the staff even helped us find them so we could say hello.

The only downside for us was that for breakfast it was mainly Indian food which was great if that's what you like however we were hoping for something more local like Indonesian food however this was probably our own fault for not reading this.

Overall Ok experience and value for money

Helpful and courteous staff – their service made a positive impact. Kids enjoyed the pool – swimming and playtime were a highlight. Breakfast variety – great options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Tasty Indian dishes – Aloo Paratha, Poori Bhaji, and Poha were delicious and memorable.

Room cleanliness – the room wasn’t as clean as expected. Dampness in the room – noticeable musty smell and visible patches on the walls made it uncomfortable.

The swimming pool was fantastic and the room was big. Breakfast was good too. Staff was very helpful and attentive. The restaurant served good food and had many options to choose from.

The room could be cleaner. A bit far from the city centre but you could use grab to go there. There wasa very big cell tower just behind the hotel that didn't appear on the photos.

The property location is very easily accessible for many places. The room is very spacious with all accessories. The staffs are very friendly and 24x 7 available. The restaurant is neat and variety of dishes for breakfast. We need to order dinner by evening. They arrange day tour with affordable price.

Nice big room and nice big pool in a convenient location if you want to be out of town.

Breakfast was not good, mostly Indian dishes and no much continental options. Jam and juice were not fresh and fruits platter was watermelon only.

Stay away !!!! Worse ever experience, Dodgy staff

Pool view was the only positive thing I could mention here

The staff was uncooperative; we arrived at the place two hours earlier (due to the hot weather) and asked if we could do an early check-in. However, they forced us to give a 5-star rating for the hotel first before we could go inside the room. The bathroom had leaking pipes and was very dirty. in the name of breakfast, you would get cold leftover food, breakfast does not even have Coffee, tea, yoghurt, milk, or eggs. No privacy as the staff seems to be always watching you, and whenever we were in the place, it felt like we were being watched.

Ubud Raya Shala was wonderful!

We absolutely loved the size of the room and comfort. The staff there were amazing and helped so much. They were super helpful too when it came to organising a scooter as well. The location itself is quiet and you can relax easily there. You also get free breakfast too!

Wished we had a microwave in our room. Our little mini fridge smelt a bit too.

Pool was ok but the edgings around the pool were dangerous and loose.

The bed was poor, the plug sockets were not fitted to the wall correctly and were unsafe, the shower was poor and leaking, the toilet stank and was leaking, the shower curtain fell down all the time and the lighting in the room was poor.

fantastic- the staff are beautiful and do everything to make your stay comfortable

the property grounds are gorgeous and kept immaculately. it is a beautiful experience to walk into the property. the staff are very friendly and helpful. it was my sons bday and I asked to organise a cake which they did and were very happy to help.

this is not a problem,it is a little away from the hustle and bustle, which is nice , however a taxi needed to get to and from the property.

location is great, very calm the territory looks nice staff is very friendly

Rooms are very awkward: they are super big, empty, you almost can hear echo there, a lot of space in the room is not used. the room is just big for nothing. the room has bad smell of mold and toilet, but if you use the conditioner you almost can’t smell it. we had breakfast according to the booking, but at the hotel they said that for that price they don’t serve breakfast, but they still agreed to make a breakfast. we asked for breakfast at 7am, I asked 3 times if it was ok to bring breakfast that early. they confirmed that it was fine. in the mornining there was no staff, the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. and no breakfast at 7am :) the price is way to high for this kind of service. it badly needs renovation and improvement.

Worst experience that we've ever had

This hotel is making OVERBOOKINGS, you can come to the reception and they just say there is no rooms available for your prepaid booking

Manager at the reception just lied to our face that booking.com had some problem and they din't receive our prepaid booking. They just sold more rooms than they have. He offered us to pay double price at the reception to get another room in the hotel near.
