Mieszkanie zlokalizowane blisko Koloseum. To jego główny atut. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem oraz obsługą. Śniadania typowe, tj. kawa i rogalik (równowartość 5 Euro) z możliwością dopłacenia do wersji wytrawnej. Bary oferujące śniadania w bliskiej lokalizacji, miła obsługa. Łóżko wygodne.
Pokój niewielki, wyposażony skromnie. Brakowało takich udogodnień jak czajnik czy ekspres do kawy, które są zazwyczaj na wyposażeniu w pokojach na wynajem. Łazienka niewielka, z małym prysznicem. Ręczniki marnej jakości. Za tą cenę spodziewałam się lepszych warunków.
