The room was very nice with 4 beds, a kitchen and a private bathroom. It’s 25 minutes walk from the bus terminal and the city center but you have a lot of shops, bars and restaurants around for a very good price ! If you don’t mind to walk a bit and like a quiet place I really recommend it.
We got there early in the morning and there is no communal area so we had to go to a cafe while our room was getting ready. When we got back, The owner put 2 chairs and a table outside so we could wait there. I think it would be great to have a communal area so guest can wait for check in and/or when they check out. We stayed 2 nights and 3 days , our room hasn’t been cleaned once.
