A Dona Teresa é muito solícita e a acomodação é muito ampla e limpinha. Conta com uma mini cozinha com o básico pra se poder cozinhar. Ar condicionado com sistema de calefação (agora no inverno foi bem útil pra gnt). O custo-benefício é bom considerando que vc não vá fazer uso de uber com frequência pra ir e voltar.
Um pouco distante do centro. Cerca de 30min caminhando. Se vc não se importar, tudo bem. Se for usar uber, aí compensa pagar um pouco mais caro e ficar num local mais central. O Wi-Fi é fraco, demorando carregar algumas fotos e vídeos. O chuveiro exigia um pouco de flexibilidade já que a torneira (que é grande, daquelas de chuveiro a gás - apesar de o de lá ser elétrico) ficava bem embaixo da ducha.
