Wir haben schöne Ausflüge von Seravezza gemacht, Pisa, Lucca und Cinque Terre waren gut zu erreichen. Abends war es sehr
Es ist ein altes Haus mit eigenem Charme, eine große Ferienwohnung mit einer großen Terrasse und 2 Bädern.
Es war schwierig beim Duschen nicht das Bad (egal welches) unter Wasser zu setzen. Die Bäder sind älter aber sauber.

Antico Uliveto bietet ein tolles Ambiente und eine sehr große Wohnung mit einem Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, einem Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Es gibt zwei Bäder, eins gehört zum Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett und ein Kleineres für die anderen beiden Zimmer. Die Küche ist landestypisch eingerichtet und ein buntes Sammelsurium, das aber alles bietet was man in einer Küche benötigt. Die gebotene Ausstattung ist hervorragend und absolut ausreichend für vier und mehr Personen. Die Terrasse / der Balkon ist riesig und man kann sich dort Dank einem großen Sonnenschirm problemlos den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Wir haben aufgrund der anderen Bewertungen ein wesentlich stärker befahrene Straße erwartet als das dann tatsächlich der Fall war. Solche Angaben sind immer subjektiv, sind wir z. B. doch Straßenlärm durch Autos und Straßenbahn gewöhnt und daher ist uns dieser gar nicht weiter aufgefallen.
Wie sehr oft sind die Betten ein möglicher Kritikpunkt. Nicht das die Matratzen unbequem wären, aber gegen neuere könnten man diese durchaus ersetzen. Der größte Kritikpunkt ist unserer Meinung nach die Möglichkeit zum Duschen. Im kleinen Bad gibt es eine Dusche mit Vorhang der eigentlich viel zu klein ist und dauernd am Körper klebt und im großen Bad gibt es zwar eine Dusche in der Wanne, aber keinen Duschvorhang. Somit setzt man beim Duschen beide Bäder zwangsläufig unter Wasser.

Fatigue des mauvaises nuits mais super séjour.
Un accueil chaleureux Emplacement idéal par rapport à la gare (train pour Pise, Lucques, Spezia et Cinque Terre...) Idéal aussi pour aller se baigner à la mer à Forte dei marmi en fin d'après-midi (15 min de l'appartement) Restaurant-bar en dessous de l'appartement pour apéro-détente le soir dans un cadre magnifique
Un seul bémol le bruit incessant de la route (nuit et matin de bonne heure) sous la fenêtre de la chambre empêchant d'avoir des nuits correctes!

Beau cadre au milieu de l'oliveraie, le soir on peut profiter des lumières du restaurant et de la musique depuis la terrasse très agréable Grand appartement style campagne mais avec tout ce qu'il faut

Siamo stati benissimo. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato l’atmosfera, gli arredi, l’ubicazione. L’uliveto è bellissimo, non sapevamo di questo tipo di ulivo caratteristico di questo territorio.
