We stayed one month in May and enjoyed our stay a lot. The host gave us a nice welcome at arrival.Nice, spacious, clean and well equipped duplex apartment. Big outside veranda with large nice garden The house is situated at the end of a local street with almost no traffic.Five minutes to walk to the seaside and local pier. Free beach is five minutes by car. Easy access to nearby cities in Tuscany as Lucca, Pisa and so on. Best place for shopping food is Esselunga Ipermercato( 3 minutes by car).You have the "mercato settimanale" on Saturday that you can easy walk to. We can recommend going to Viareggio on Thursday morning where there is a very big market. We would not hesitate to return to this house again.

Parti esterne casa buone,idro in giardino buono,unico bagno decente, mobili e elettrodomestici cucina decenti,accessori pentole ecct tutto da buttare,mobili interno di tutta la casa sono anni 70,da ristrutturare completamente,letti scomodissimi,cuscini fatiscenti in lana,usufruibili solo 4 posti letto rispetto ai 6 in annuncio ,quinto posto letto in divano letto fatiscente e scomodissimo , sesto posto letto in un armadio anni 70 con materasso fatiscente e barra di ferro sulla schiena.(nel 5 e 6 letto ci hanno dormito 2 notti mio secondo figlio con fidanzata ed è stato un disastro!!)Biancheria e asciugarmi pagati e forniti da proprietà tutti datati,sfilacciati e abbastanza sporchi.Pulizia generale casa al nostro arrivo direi scadente Accesso alla proprietà in comune con casa dei proprietari,di conseguenza poca privacy (non indicato in annuncio) Proprietari comunque disponibili ma sicuramente non ci torneremo e non consigliamo a nessuno di soggiornarvi in queste precarie condizioni Consiglio un restailing totale interno appartamento ,il potenziale della casa è notevole ma non in queste condizioni,anche perché il prezzo pagato x 14 notti non è economico È diversi anni che soggiorniamo 15 gg in case nella stessa zona ma questa per ora è stata la peggiore

La casa è molto comoda e ideale per 4 persone adulte quali eravamo. Più adusa a soggiorni medio-lunghi perché non ha una fornitura di base (tipo acqua, sale, zucchero, detersivi, etc.). Il giardino è bellissimo, molto ben curato e godibile sia per pranzare/cenare (zona con tavolo e sedie) che per chiacchierare e riposare (zona con divano e poltrone). La posizione è perfetta, vicino all'abitato ma in zona tranquilla e vicina alle spiagge. Siamo stati bene.

Das Objekt entspricht der Anzeige. Es ist schön in einem Garten in einer ruhigen Gegend gelegen. In der Ferne hört man nachts etwas die Autobahn, was aber nicht stört, da weit weg. Haus und Wohnung sind gepflegt. Bis zum Strand geht man 15 Minuten. Wir haben uns dort sehr gut erholt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unproblematisch. Wir überlegen, nochmals zurück zu kommen.

Das Objekt ist als Ferienhaus grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Leider hatten wir von Anfang an das Gefühl vom Vermieter abgezogen zu werden. Eine WOCHE vor Reisebeginn hatten wir ihn angefragt, ob wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher benötigen. Keine Antwort bis einen Tag vor unserer Ankunft. Da wurde uns mitgeteilt dass diese Dinge zusätzlich zu mieten sind. Diese Information war,entgegen seiner späteren Behauptung, nicht in der Beschreibung zu finden. Leider waren wir da bereits schon zu Hause abgefahren. Des Weiteren haben wir bei Ankunft eine Rechnung über die Kurtaxe mit einem ungewöhnlich krummen Betrag bekommen. Durch Zufall haben wir dann erfahren, dass bereits Nebensaison ist und die Kurtaxe darum gar nicht mehr fällig ist. Gleichzeitig bekamen wir irgendeinen Vertrag, mit uns nicht erklärbaren Beträgen, zum unterzeichnen vorgesetzt-in Italienisch verfasst. Leider sprechen wir kein Italienisch und verstanden somit kein Wort von dem was wir unterschreiben sollten. Der krönende Abschluss kam am Ende unseres Aufenthalts. Als ich im Ausgangsbereich auf der Treppe gestürzt bin, weil eine gerissene Stufe beim Betreten entgültig abgebrochen ist. Es war dann keine Überraschung für uns, dass wir dafür statt einer Entschuldigung eine Nachricht über das Einbehalten unserer Kaution erhalten haben. Nun sind wir glücklich dass weder ich, noch unser Baby zu Schaden gekommen sind. Für uns haben diese Umstände unseren Urlaub leider sehr getrübt. Es gibt viele Ferienwohnungen in dieser Gegend. Sparen Sie sich den Kummer und buchen Sie eine andere.

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2019 im Appartement der Moscardinis untergebracht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Zone. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von Marina di Pietrasanta lässt es sich schöne Tagesausflüge machen, um die Toskana auch ein wenig abseits des Meeres und deren Vielfalt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse, sowie auf der Wiese kann man seine Seele baumeln lassen. Die Familie Moscardini war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit zu uns, sodass wir sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen werden. Unsere Freunde hatten uns auf der Rückreise während unseres Urlaubes besucht und Herr Adelmo hat uns auf Anfrage ein paar schöne Weingläser organisiert, als wir mit einem toskanischen Wein anstossen wollten. Fest steht: dieser Aufenthalt wird uns mit sehr schönen und erholsamen Erlebnissen in Erinnerung bleiben. Ulrich S.

Nach einigen Urlauben in Mobilhomes war es eine Wohltat in einem richtigen Haus mit richtigem Badezimmer den Urlaub zu verbringen. Herr Moscardini ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Toll sind die zwei Terrassen, die je nach Tageszeit genutzt werden können. Marina die Pietrasanta ist ein sehr schöner Badeort mit schöner Fußgängerzone, netten Geschäften und tollen Lokalen. Ein Supermarkt ist auch da. Für die Einkäufe ist ein Fahrrad sinnnvoll, da es zum Laufen vom Haus aus einen Tick zu weit ist. Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, es ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und es ist soweit alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sehr schön ist die Terrasse um die ganze Wohnung herum. Man kann dort gut sitzen und entspannen und die ruhige Lage des Hauses genießen. Außerdem kann man bei gutem Wetter immer draußen essen. Der Ort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Toskana. Pisa, Lucca und Viareggio sind sehr nah und auch die Cinque terre sind nicht weit. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub im Mai/Juni 2018 dort verbracht.

Ho soggiornato piacevolmente in questa casa con la mia famiglia le ultime 3 settimane di settembre 2017. Desidero ringraziare in modo particolare il proprietario Sig. Adelmo e la sua moglie per la squisita accoglienza e la costante disponibilità che ci hanno sempre riservato, concedendoci tra l'altro di prolungare il soggiorno di un giorno, senza costi, a causa di un imprevisto alla nostra automobile. La casa corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto nella scheda di prenotazione, dispone di un bellissimo giardino e di grandi terrazze dove è possibile rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità visto la zona nella quale è ubicata. Considerata la nostra esperienza, possiamo affermare che questa Location è certamente adatta alle famiglie con bambini o per coppie in cerca di relax, dopo le intense giornate in spiaggia o in giro alla scoperta della Versilia e dell'Alta Toscana. Großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Schöner großer Garten und zwei Terrassen rund um das Erdgeschoss. Zum Meer ist es zu Fuß mit Gepäck ein bisschen weit, wäre aber auch machbar. Schöne Sandstrände! Der Besitzer und seine Familie sind sehr feundlich. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht. Wir waren zum drittenmal dort!

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza in questa bellissima regione. Ci sono belle passeggiate da fare, belle spiagge sabbiose e molti siti turistici da visitare. La casa è molto comoda per tutti i tipi di attività, vicina al centro della città dove c’è tutto e alla spiaggia che può essere raggiunta a piedi in 10 minuti La casa è molto bella, pulita, confortevole e spaziosa. Il proprietario è molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile per tutti i tipi di informazioni (parla anche un po ‘di francese). Siamo stati in grado di godere appieno la splendida terrazza e il giardino. Non abbiamo avuto nessuna sorpresa e la casa corrispondeva molto bene all’annuncio. Ritorneremo sicuramente senza esitazione in questa casa. Grazie di tutto.

Ho passato 15 giorni in questa casa con la mia famiglia. La descrizione era perfettamente aderente alla realtà, anzi dal vivo la casa è ancora più spaziosa rispetto alle foto pubblicate. Il proprietario si è dimostrato sempre cortese e disponibile per ogni necessità o richiesta. La casa ci è stata consegnata assolutamente pulita e in ordine. Il giardino, spazioso e molto ben tenuto, ha rappresentato uno "sfogo" utilissimo per i miei bambini. Il mare è facilmente raggiungibile in bicicletta (mezzo migliore per gli spostamenti in Versilia). Consiglio vivamente questa Casa Vacanza.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse und ist einen knappen Kilometer vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist geräumig und sehr gepflegt. Es verfügt über ein sehr schönes Badezimmer, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuverlässig. Das Haus verfügt über eine Terrasse an zwei Hausseiten mit großem Balkontisch und einer Markise. Wir können das Objekt rundum empfehlen.
