From the villa it is easy to reach (350 mt) the main street of Fiumetto, where there are the supermarket, the other shops, the pharmacy, bars, refreshment points and a fenced playground.
The villa is suitable for up to 7/8 people:
ground floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 with two single beds ,, a large living room with sofas, TV and DVD player, a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, and air conditioning on the floor;
on the first floor there is an open living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower.

From the kitchen door you enter the outdoor veranda and the garden for exclusive use, equipped for outdoor dining, with barbeque and sunbeds for sunbathing.
The villa has a washing machine and a cot for children and is suitable to accommodate, even two families, with children both for the type of house and for the proximity to two playgrounds and shops, including restaurants.
