    Perfect location, easy to get grab. and walking distance to restaurants. Rooms spacious and clean. Wifi fast. Bathroom clean. Breakfast good spread and quality. Staff friendly and helpful. Office space with color printer. Excellent value for money.

    Extremely Disappointing Check-In Service & Attitude Very disappointed and frustrated with the check-in experience. The official check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we were still not given our room card even at 4:30 PM. What made me even more upset was the attitude of the front desk staff. Instead of properly handling the situation and keeping us informed, I felt that the staff were simply brushing me off and repeatedly giving excuses while delaying the check-in time again and again. I had to approach the front desk multiple times to ask for an update. Each time, I was told to wait a little longer or that they would inform me soon, but there was still no clear answer or proper follow-up. I understand that sometimes a room may not be ready and that a short delay can happen. I was willing to accept a delay until around 4:15 PM. However, continuously extending the waiting time without clear communication is extremely frustrating. By 4:30 PM, I had to ask again, and I was told that they would arrange it and inform me as soon as possible. But once again, we were left waiting. This situation really made me angry and frustrated, especially because we had plans for the evening. We needed time to shower, change and prepare for a dinner gathering, but the hotel’s repeated delays completely disrupted our plans. The most disappointing part was not simply the late check-in. It was the lack of responsibility, poor communication and dismissive attitude from the front desk staff. Guests should not have to repeatedly chase the hotel just to find out when they can get their room. It was already 5:00 PM and we still had not been able to check in smoothly. For a hotel of this standard, this level of customer service is unacceptable. If there is a delay, please communicate honestly and clearly instead of repeatedly asking guests to wait without a definite answer. This was a very frustrating experience and unfortunately left us with a very negative impression of the hotel and its service.
