Room was beautiful and big, with a little balcony, the bed was comfortable and the toilet big. We had coffee, tea and cookies available. The location was very good, very close to the center, so it was a lovely experience.

I liked everything, the person who received me was very nice and helpful, I just think the check-out could be a little bit later. It was at 10:30 am and it could be around 11/12pm

Location is great

Please read the description very carefully. External bathroom means that the room does not have a toilet, and you need to go to another separate room with a bed (!) to use the bathroom. There were no photos of this bathroom shown in the room overview before booking, which is important to know in advance. The bathroom itself was not very old and the shower was clean. However, the sink was draining poorly, the bathroom was quite cold, and the window was left open for ventilation, which made it uncomfortable to use. On the positive side, the shared living area with coffee is very clean and cozy, with a sofa and tables — a pleasant space to sit and relax. We were also quite surprised by the host. He spent a long time explaining how to use the keys and how to access the toilet, but the explanations were only in Italian. When it became clear that we didn’t understand, the host made a remark saying that if we are in Italy, we should understand Italian. That moment felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. Overall, it’s okay for one night only. The location is very good, and parking was arranged and booked for us, which we appreciated. However, there are several downsides that are important to know before choosing this place.
