Une expérience magnifique ,magique et inoubliable. Un hostel qui cherche le confort et la joie des invités ( Et ouii ,on sent que vous faites partie de l' établissement). J'ai apprécié également l' ambiance festive quotidienne au Rooftop ,la propreté , l' emplacement stratégique à proximité des plages , l' accueil professionnel et chaleureux d' Asmae , la bonne humeur de Khalid et la gentillesse de missieu et Sara pour sa disponibilité Bref, je recommande vivement . A refaire sans hésitation.

Endroit magnifique avec vue panoramique sur le Nil . Piscine agréable et chaude . Confort , quiétude et propreté. Le personnel est gentil et serviable . Rapport qualité / prix très satisfaisant . On se sent chez soi .

Il y a deux appartements très grands avec deux grandes chambres et un grand balcon qui donne sur la piscine.. le lieu est sécurisé et la piscine est un vrai plus avec la chaleur surtout en été . Sur la rive ouest du Nil mais les aller retour coûtent très peu cher et 24/24. Hassan a été très réactif à nos demandes.on s'est régalé dans ce logement et on aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps.

Il manque des équipements pour cuisiner c'est dommage

Pool. Pool was great!

Our room was on the highest floor, sold as having a pool view, though to actually see the pool we had to walk across the balcony floor. The sheets looked washed but were stained, especially the pillowcases, which felt uncomfortable as it wasn’t clear if it was just stains or dirt. The room was a bit dusty, particularly the floor. The stay felt unusual, nothing really bad happened, but we barely saw any staff. A couple of boys greeted us, but we never got the towels we asked for, nor the WiFi password. The next day we saw locals using the pool, and there was nobody around to ask about check-out. On Booking, check-in and check-out times weren’t specified, and we weren’t given any information. We left our things in the room while exploring Luxor and I messaged the owner (our only contact was digital). He first said it was fine, but later demanded the key, saying check-out was at 12 pm. At that time we were having breakfast nearby, so my boyfriend went back to return the key and remove our things from the room. Later, when we came back from visiting the Valleys, there was only another couple leaving, and thanks to them we could get inside to collect our backpacks.
