excellent location, nice pool with lovely terrace, good kitchen appliances. living room very comfortable with good sofa.
Poor mattresses in one of the bedrooms, sun beds not great and only one parasol . More attention needed with regards cleaning . Roof terrace was fabulous but unfortunately no furniture to sit and enjoy the lovely view.

This is a really nice villa, it is well equipped, very comfortable with a good amount of space. The pool is great - a really good size. The views from the roof terrace are lovely. It is in a great location within walking distance to Moraira and there are restaurants nearby. For the price, it is really good value for money.
The outside of the villa is overlooked by two other properties which if you want privacy isn't great, but when we were there in October the other properties weren't occupied so it wasn't a problem at all. It could probably do with a bit of TLC too.
