Very well equipped. Great kitchen with everything you could need. Was great to have a dishwasher and a washer drier. The kitchen was also of good quality.
Comfortable sofas in the lounge.
Beds were very comfortable. Double was quite soft, beds in twin room firmer. Suited our party perfectly.
Stunning location at a Ford and the lakes.
The host was delightful and her dogs are so cute!

I loved that it was immaculately clean. However, there was a strong smell of dog. I hadn't read the info properly to see it was pet friendly, so my error.
The access road closer to South Molton had lots of potholes, it is better to use the one nearer Barnataple / Landkey. The hosts instructions use the Landkey road, use them and ignore Satnav if coming from Bristol direction and enter at Landkey.
