The hotel was comfortable and offered very good value for the price. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection and everything needed to start the day well. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed was always made, which made the stay feel pleasant and well taken care of. Overall, it was a calm and comfortable place to rest after a long day of sightseeing or travelling.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. These were not major problems, but improving them would make the overall experience even better.

The location was really convenient and safe - the aircon was a bonus and the bed slept very nice. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was also good.

No complaints just would have liked the towels to be soft

The position is good and central, but also quiet and peaceful so you get to rest well far from the noise of the city.

The room was clean but in the rest of the building including the common areas (entrance, patio, terrace, etc) the smell of pee is very strong and disturbing. I also would like to make a note regarding the non-flexibility of the staff. With two days of notice I kindly asked if on our last day it was possible to collect our breakfast the night before (we had an early flight). I was told that this was not possible, but I know for sure (as I got a message from them about it) that if you book an excursion with their riad they will prepare for you an early breakfast.
