Door to dorm was faulty ...Not closing as it should 😳🤔 Bed lamp 🔦 light 💡 not working 😕

I would like to recognize Angelica from the reception team at Stayokay Eindhoven for her outstanding service. Throughout my stay, she was always friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She took great care of me and was always available whenever I had a question or needed assistance. What stood out most was her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests felt welcome and supported. She consistently demonstrated excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility. In my opinion, Angelica deserves to be considered for a management position. She naturally displays leadership qualities through her professionalism, initiative, and the way she interacts with both guests and colleagues. She is a valuable asset to Stayokay, and her dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Angelica, for making my experience such a positive one :)

The bed was comfortable and the location is very good. Really close to the airport.

The bathroom cleaning could be better and there was no soap in it.

Staff are friendly and available. The room is clean and the pods' soundproofing is acceptable. As long as someone doesn't snore too loudly you won't hear them. Inside the pod there's a single socket, a small net which is enough for a phone and small belongings — bed and linens clean. There are no amenities in the rooms, but this is understandable given the cost per night. Nice pub linked to the hostel.

The room temperature at night was absurdly hot, and since the system is centralized, I hadn't tried asking the reception. In addition, there is very little or no air exchange in the room, so if you are sensitive to strong smells (I hope you understand the meaning of this sentence), prepare yourself. Some lockers were unusable because they were locked with locks that made it impossible to insert your own.
