Nothing, except it would have been nice to see a bear on the mountains from the hotel window!

Nao tomei o pequeno almoço, o funcionário foi antipático
O funcionario que nos recebeu disse que não tínhamos reserva ! Depois foi procurar e encontrou a nossa reserva, disse que não tinha nenhum quarto livre, embora o tivesse... Talvez tenha tido um dia mau, estava em burnout, talvez, não foi fácil, foi um final de dia difícil depois de uma longa viagem

A localização é perfeita, mesmo à entrada da povoação de Pola de Somiedo. O colaborador que nos recebeu foi muito simpático e cordial. O quarto correspondeu ao pretendido (que era passar uma bela noite de sono) e estava bem limpo.

Ubicación
El encargado fue muy borde. Llegamos 45 minutos antes de las 5 (que ya está bien como hora de check in..) y le molestó enormemente refunfuñando nos dio una habitacion que por supuesto estaba preparada hacia horas.
Le pedi una factura de Empresa y me dijo que imposible, nunca me habia pasado. Luego accedió a darmela eso si .
No entiendo como alguien de atención al cliente puede comportarse asi. Cuesta tan poco ser amable....
