Everything was great, polite, and friendly staff, location, and the breakfast was delicious.
Too much construction is going on nearby, but this is a Zanzibar problem overall, and nothing can be done about it.

Pendu was amazing with us. So friendly, accommodating, and extremely helpful when needed.
Service when Pendu leaves is really poor. Which probably goes to show how good she is at her job.

We really enjoyed our stay at Highland. We stayed for 7 days. The room was nice and always clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. Big swimming pool. Great restaurant with good atmostphere in the evening and good prices.
It would be great to get a fridge/box with cold element/ice at the breakfast, for the juice to stay cold.
