This place is a great alternative to staying at an airport hotel. We had an early flight out of Rome and stayed here the night before. The pool is awesome and the air conditioning is strong. 15 minutes to a beach town for dinner and an easy commute to the airport in the morning.

We received such a warm welcome from Rafaella and absolutely loved our stay. The accommodation is beautiful, with a stunning house, lovely gardens and a fantastic pool, all set in a beautiful area.
Rafaella was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially for us as first-time visitors to the area, offering plenty of useful advice and local knowledge.
Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of options, great coffee and freshly made cake. Our room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning which was especially appreciated in the warm weather.
A beautiful, relaxing place to stay with a wonderful host. We would happily stay here again.

The property is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and well-maintained surroundings. The owners are incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
Getting to nearby shops and restaurants isn’t very easy unless you have a car.
