I liked the location and the fact that it was close to Acacia mall. It was also safe, accommodative staff and generally clean. The gym, sauna and steam tom was good. The gym trainers were super helpful
The food esp breakfast. There was no variety on the buffet. I wouldnt really call it a buffet based on what was there. We also were shocked that there was not a single Ugandan dish on the menu. It was mostly continental and Indian.
For the gym, it doesnt make sense one has to get towels from the reception. It would be better if we could get this from the same place where the gym and sauna is. The gym washrooms also didnt have any toilet paper.
For the room toilet & bathroom, there needs to be better ventilation than what is there. Hand towels for the sink would be good too
