I stay here every time that I’m in Kampala, because it’s really the best combination of service, quality, friendliness and value for money.

The location is very central. The food is good and the staff are friendly.

My room was comfy and clean and the water was hot immediately. There's an open air treadmill as well as some weights. I got an early 5 am breakfast that was complete with an omelette, lentils, fried banana and potatoes and fresh watermelon juice. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I needed to print a document for work and they did so free of charge. I could pick up snacks and coffee at the nearby shop, and the on-site restaurant was solid too, with tasty fresh food and a full bar. Would definitely go back.

My room wasn't serviced after the first night and this surprised me a bit--maybe they only service every other day, or on request. I didn't check. The wifi was pretty spotty in my room, but better at the restaurant.

Location is great! Close to malls, and walkable to good eating places Bed was big, and comfortable Bathroom was clean with good water pressure

Our room has a lingering cigarette smoke smell. They tried spray and blast the AC but it did not help
