Home from home stay.
A delightful cottage in a small safe courtyard close to the town of Winchcombe. Very spacious and comfortable . An exceptionally clean cottage. We had a wonderful stay.
The kettle made the water taste very strange. We tried 3 different types of black teas, rinse the kettle twice, but still a metallic taste and smell. The cold water from the tap was fine. We resorted to boiling a pan of water to make tea which tasted better.

Passable
The town of Winchcombe is very nice and the car park to the cottages was very easy to use and felt safe to leave cars. The community of cottages also had a lovely feel.
Unfortunately there were numerous problems during our stay. On our first night the main road to the cottage was closed which we hadn't been warned of, and finding an alternative route late at night, with no signal or knowledge of the area was difficult. We had to ask several locals to assist us as the number wasn't answered when we tried to contact. Once we arrived there was no hot water or heating. On the two full days of our stay the maintenance team attended to fix the boiler, and assess a leak from the shower which went through the heat alarm into the kitchen and fused the lights making the property feel unsafe. The maintenance team were very reassuring and we recognise it was not their fault, but it was disappointing to have continuous problems during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday and having to arrange to be in the cottage for those repairs. We used a shower in another cottage for the final 24hrs of our stay which wasn't very convenient but meant we felt slightly safer.

A wonderful stay in this comfortable and self sufficient cottage in a fabulous location.
it was quiet, comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. It was great to be able to prepare some meals in the cottage because their are not a lot of eating places in Winchcombe. Also, enjoyed the outdoor seating area. The free admission to Sudeley Castle was a bonus! Location was amazing.
Really loved it all. A suggestion would be to include operating instructions for the washer and the dishwasher.

Perfection!
The cottage was perfect in every conceivable way. It was furnished to a very high standard and impeccably clean, with extremely comfortable beds and high quality bedding. The bathroom was lovely with strong water pressure and fluffy towels. The WiFi was strong and reliable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The outdoor sitting area was remarkably private. We really appreciated the location, within an easy walk to the restaurants and shopping in Winchcombe and the Castle, with several of the long distance walking paths close by. In short, it was perfect and we would love to come back for another visit.

very enjoyable stay
property was lovely, cottage was spacious and comfortable.
courtyard was full of weeds and the outdoor furniture was old and tired, sofa had marks on it and could go with a clean, shower head was small and flimsy.

Good
The House was absolutely lovely in a nice courtyard. Parking was really easy. The house had literally everything you could need. Everything was too a high standard. It was in a good location but no where really to walk the dog nearby as the road is really busy.
The house was missing a hot tub which was a shame as there was ample space in the garden, it was a very expensive stay and to not have a hot tub was a shame.

Good base for a family (with dog) in the Cotswolds
Great location, right by some good (dog) walks and close to town.
Was given wrong code for the keysafe. Problem as we arrived late. Took 15 mins to update and get in.
