Everything was excellent, including the overall location, welcoming staff, amenities and the room. We had the room with the gorge view, and it was a stunning view indeed.

The location and friendly customer-oriented staff.

It was difficult to regulate temperature in the room. It became very cold at night, so I turned on the heater, but then there was no air to breathe and I turned it off, then it became really cold again.

Amazing location and views. Rooms were well heated.

The restaurant can be improved much more, and restaurant staff should be able to speak English as a minimum. No heating in the bathroom.

-The receptionist weren’t at the entrance to guide visitors -The maintenance noise all the day next to the dining area “which was not mentioned during the reservation “ -not enough lighting at night . -No closet , locker nor hairdryer in the room -There was a limited variety of breakfast options, and the food was not replenished once it ran out. In addition, the food was not properly covered or protected, which left it exposed to insects.
