The location and friendly customer-oriented staff.

It was difficult to regulate temperature in the room. It became very cold at night, so I turned on the heater, but then there was no air to breathe and I turned it off, then it became really cold again.

Amazing location and views. Rooms were well heated.

The restaurant can be improved much more, and restaurant staff should be able to speak English as a minimum. No heating in the bathroom.

The view from the room was stunning. Comfortable bathroom.

Both the rooms were extremely cramped, with barely enough space for one person to move around the bed. Basic furnishings like a tiny tea table and a single chair added to the discomfort, and there was no air conditioning (we had to keep the windows opened). The property barely responds via communication platform of booking.com, which led to denial of our earlier requests and payment issues. While the room wasn’t value for money, the stunning view from the window was the only redeeming feature.

In the Villa there wasn’t enough space for 7 people. The convertible sofa was totally uncomfortable also for only one person. There wasn’t enough hot water for 7 people. At the fifth person the water was really cold and we had to wait until the next morning. There were no wardrobes inside the villa. There wasn’t the tent for the shower and 1 toilet paper for each bathroom wasn’t enough for the number of guests.
