Our room was clean, the staff was friendly. Location was great - we could walk to many restaurants in town
One of the days we waited for about 50 minutes after ordering 2 drinks and fries and when I went to ask about it they said it was a busy day and so the kitchen staff had not done the prep for peeling the potatoes. I wish they told us when we ordered .... we ended up canceling the order and went to eat at another restaurant.
We had a misunderstanding when we asked for room service and ended up only getting some towel instead of a full service.

Coconut Row was a wonderful resort in the middle of the town of Hopkins. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They also helped us by booking our snorkling and night hike tours ahead of time. The restaurant was excellent also.

We had an amazing three night stay with my family of four (kids ages 10 and 6) last week. The grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly and attentive, and there were tons of walkable dining options. We are already planning our next trip back and Coconut Row will be our choice when returning to Hopkins.
Any minor issue was taken care of right away.

The property was cute and clean. Very tropical, beautiful flowers. The ocean and coastline was very clean.
I would’ve liked there to be at least a small TV in the room for at night time before you go to bed.
