Our room was clean, the staff was friendly. Location was great - we could walk to many restaurants in town
One of the days we waited for about 50 minutes after ordering 2 drinks and fries and when I went to ask about it they said it was a busy day and so the kitchen staff had not done the prep for peeling the potatoes. I wish they told us when we ordered .... we ended up canceling the order and went to eat at another restaurant. We had a misunderstanding when we asked for room service and ended up only getting some towel instead of a full service.

Coconut Row was a wonderful resort in the middle of the town of Hopkins. The facilities were excellent, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They also helped us by booking our snorkling and night hike tours ahead of time. The restaurant was excellent also.
