Riad Bindoo & Spa

The riad is beautiful, and the rooms are very comfortable. It is located in the Medina, which has both advantages and disadvantages. Although the riad is described as being accessible by taxi, the reality is that most taxi drivers will ask you to get out about 100 m from the hotel, as they cannot drive through the narrow streets of the Medina. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina, and it is also easy to take an Uber after a short walk. We found some very good restaurants in the surrounding streets. I particularly recommend the Italian pizza and Moroccan food at 155.

The breakfast could be improved, particularly in terms of service speed.

Some places are beautiful in pictures, but then there are places that feel even more special once you actually experience them. This Riad is truly one of those places. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful Riad, and honestly, it was even better than we expected. We stayed here as a family and from the very beginning, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet once you step inside the Riad, it feels like a peaceful little oasis. You can completely relax and enjoy your time without hearing the noise and busy streets outside. What made our stay truly special was the staff. They were such warm, genuine and kind people who always went the extra mile for us. They always had a smile on their faces and made us feel genuinely cared for. Their kindness and hospitality felt very personal and came from the heart. They truly deserve to be mentioned because they are a big part of what makes this Riad so special. We also loved the breakfast, which was delicious and different every day. The beautiful music, the Moroccan decorations, the furniture and all the little details created such a warm and authentic atmosphere. Even the oil lamps and the shower gel and shampoo smelled absolutely amazing! Don’t miss their beautiful Hammam and relaxing massage at the spa next door. A truly wonderful experience! We came here as a family for a holiday, but we left with memories that mean so much more to us. We will genuinely miss this place and the wonderful people who made us feel so at home. This beautiful Riad and its amazing staff will always have a special place in our hearts. We will definitely come back, and next time we are bringing Swedish Marabou chocolate and Swedish sweets for you! 🇸🇪🍫🤗 Thank you for giving us such a beautiful and unforgettable experience. I highly highly recommend Riad Bindoo & Spa. First of all the staff were absolutely amazing, they were beyond friendly and attentive and they were just all round spectacular for the entirety of our stay! The staff alone would make me want to stay at the riad again. Second of all the rooms and the riad itself were just absolutely beautiful, it was such a pleasure returning to the riad everyday and just being able to relax in the most beautiful atmosphere. The rooms were made up each day and it was just perfection. I also have to note how delicious the breakfast was, one of my favourite parts of our stay in Marrakesh. It was a delight every morning and as silly as it sounds, the fried egg was the best I’ve ever had! Overall, Riad Bindoo & Spa exceeded my expectations and I truly can’t wait to stay again.
