The "Ski to door" mentioned in the ad (it's been removed, but I have a screenshot) is a complete lie. The nearest ski resort is an 1 hour 20 minutes' drive away. It's the closest, but it's bad. Breakfast (it's not breakfast) for infants: yogurt, tea/coffee, cookies. The nearest store is a 50-minute drive away. But even if I buy food there, I can't even heat it up in this place; there's no stove or microwave. Thanks to the owners for letting us check in early (it was valuable after 19 hours of driving), but that's where their communication ended. We left after two nights, as we were on vacation for skiing, and reported the discrepancy to the owners. They ignored us. They didn't refund our money, claiming the reservation was non-refundable. But we were deceived!!!! An absolutely terrible experience with both the accommodation and the Booking.com service, which advertises it. Housing that does not correspond to reality!!!!

Absolut great place- everything well thought through. We loved the garage for the bikes. The town is very small (only 20 People live there- but it has a very good restaurant. The area offers lots of attractions. We come back

it is great to stay in a typical mountain bulding in a quiet village. It was perfect for us, it is not far from Pietraporzio where to buy food and not too far from Sambuco. Perfect for people who like hiking, snowshoeing, skitouring or just relaxing.

The B&B is located in a small village. Owner is friendly and helped us find the only restaurant in town which was really nice (AGRI BISTROT PECORA NERA). Beds are comfortable.

Casa ristrutturata a nuovo, molto ben curata in tutti i dettagli, con materiali tipici del luogo. Servizi funzionali. Emanuel ci ha accolti con tanta gentilezza ed è stato disponibilissimo, consigliandoci anche percorsi da fare e luoghi dove mangiare. Tutto azzeccato.

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Consiglierei solo di integrare la buonissima colazione con qualcosina di salato. Ma quello che ci ha dato era tutto di ottima qualità, specialmente la torta di nocciole, la crostata ed il miele locale, che poi abbiamo pure acquistato direttamente dal produttore.

Chambre très confortable et très propre. Tout est fraichement rénové. Très bon accueil + système de code en autonomie très pratique.

L'insonorisation de la chambre n'est pas idéale (bruit des voisin + motos sur la route). Manque de produits frais pour le petit-déjeuner.

Hele nette kamer, alles goed verzorgd, goed contact met de beheerder die ook nog zijn best heeft gedaan om een tafel in het locale restaurant te regelen.

Eigenlijk viel het niet tegen, maar als weetje geen brood bij ontbijt want wordt de avond van te voren voorbereid. Ik heb het niet gemist. Als je het raam open hebt hoor je de dorpsfontijn. Ik vond het heerlijk rustgevend, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat andere mensen daar anders over denken.
