Very good price and the breakfast was included. The place was very clean and good looking. They have a private parking. The room is equipped with everything you need.

Nothing I didn’t like.

We loved the bed - very comfortable and this is very important for us because we travel a lot and we need a good rest after out motorcycle trips. Very comfortable pillows too! Clean, not so far from the centre.

There are no shelves in the bathroom so it’s hard to put the stuff anywhere.

Very good location, near to city centre and the main road. Well cared and clean building and rooms. Big and clean bathroom. And the most importand for us was the specially arranged secure parking for our motorcycles! I highly recommend Rais for moto travellers to Transalpina. Good food in the restaurant. Good breakfast.

The waitress in the restaurant was not so polite and she did not speak english, not even tried to help us. Just gave us a menu in romanian and waited us to purchase.

decent location, quite clean, spacious rooms, new building. price was fair. breakfast was very good and service excellent. design is tacky but passable.

smoking is allowed/tollerated in the restaurant (which is illegal) and in the rooms (also illegal) and because of this the reek of stale tobacco is strong and nauseating everywhere in the hotel. poor sound isolation of rooms combined with tilled floors in the lobby and staircase means you can easily hear people walking or talking elsewhere in the hotel. especially at night. hot water was warm but not quite hot.
