Silverstone Lodge

The food both breakfast and dinner were exceptional and delicious. The view of the falls and a short walk up there was some to remember.

No pool it would have been nice to swim with the heat.

The hotel is set in a beautiful location, with wonderful scenery and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. We chose this place to celebrate my son’s birthday, and he especially loved the views. The rooms are well-equipped and tastefully decorated, and the entire property is charming and welcoming. The food is also good, and the staff are generally very friendly.

Although the staff are friendly, the service during meals could be more attentive and better organised. The tables were not always properly set, with cutlery or glasses sometimes missing, which meant we had to get up and fetch them from other tables ourselves. It would also be helpful to have a member of staff available in the dining area at all times to assist guests and ensure their needs are taken care of. Another area that needs attention is the bathroom towels, which are quite worn and could do with being replaced. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience. The hotel has great potential, with a charming setting and fantastic views. With a few small improvements to the service and attention to detail, the guest experience could be even better.

It was a beautiful and peaceful place in Mbabane, with the most incredible view of the waterfall. The room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed, and the food was exceptional, we especially loved having dinner and breakfast brought to us in bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner was so kind and caring. The location is also great, being close to Sibebe Rock, where you can hike and zipline while enjoying the incredible views.

The only thing we felt could have been better was having a small kitchenette or a few basic facilities such as a microwave and cutlery in the room. That said, the staff were always happy to provide anything we needed, so this was really only a minor inconvenience.

The view from the room was amazing, the walk to the waterfalls, the staff, the fireplace in the lounge area, everything incredible!
