Location near to Cismigiu Park Quiet zone

Bathroom and toilet are shared to 6 rooms. The sink is too small, hard to shave. No individual AC for each room and because of attic and 38°C outside... The host power on the unique AC mounted at the main entrance and with open doors for rooms it is possible to sleep, but he came at midnight to power off. It may be offtopic but this may be a difference to others: there is no parking lot in description, understood. I asked the host if may park my motorcycle in his yard, there were plenty of space. I can understand anything but the way to refuse was "no way!", seems so rude. For example, next night I have another booking in Targu Mures at Tip Top. There were no parking lot inside but, the guy from reception suggest to move my motorcycle in their yard. Very nice!

Perfect location to explore Bucharest, quiet neighbourhood in walking distance of the old town and with facilities nearby

I've been booking this place for several stays already. I appreciate the quiet neighborhood the most. Also, its proximity from the train station is a bonus.

The kitchen is still underequipped (a microwave would be a very good addition). It gets pretty hot in the rooms during summertime. The walls are kind of thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms and on the hallway. Some guests might not even lock the bathroom door when using it (so, be aware, and always knock purposely before opening the door to the bathroom).

Good location, in a quiet area but close to old town.

Very noisy, you can hear everything as doors don‘t isolate any sound. Owner somewhat unfriendly, knocked to kick us out before check-out time.
