The common area is comfortable.
The bed makes noise when moving and you can hear noises too much from the common area. It would be good to ask to the guests to be quiet in some hours (I remember it was quite noisy at 7 am).

I was living cross street when I was younger, hence it is a very special place for me...

Good location, in a quiet area but close to old town.
Very noisy, you can hear everything as doors don‘t isolate any sound. Owner somewhat unfriendly, knocked to kick us out before check-out time.
