The service was exceptional. Special mention to May in the Papillon Restaurant who was one of the best customer focussed staff member I have ever come across. She was absolutely brilliant!! We had a small issue with laundry but management addressed it promptly and perfectly. A truly wonderful resort.

Have stayed before. Big room, friendly staff. Good food and happy hour cocktails ….. I had a car so location no issue.

the very accommodating staff and exceptional breakfast buffet and service and the room
there is no lift at least for the luggage of the guest so that the staff won’t have to carry it all the way to the 3rd floor, but the stair designed is safe
