Great host, great comfortable house in the orange garden. Very nice parking place just in front of the house. And all the equipment and furniture is fresh and clean which is great. This year it was second stay at Ikiz Villas and we liked it again. Overall value for money is Ok and the place is good. I can only recommend it to fellow booking users.
As the house (bungalo) stay on the ground without high foundation, we experienced a lot of slugs trying to go inside our apartments through the door and kitchen sink. Not pleasant, but also it was not happening very often so we haven't even informed the host. Second thing that is useful for fellow travelers - Villas located about 10 minutes walking from the beach, so it's not very close. We used our car to go to the beach without any issues.

Мы останавливались группой из человек на неделю. И все в целом было очень хорошо, особенно нам полюбились сад и веранда, где пили кофе каждое утро! Одно из преимуществ - наличие посудомойки, которой мы не пользовались почему-то)
Единственный очевидный недостаток - орущие петухи вокруг утром и ночью, за домом курятник. Нам не хватало освещения в зоне приготовления пищи.

Чудовий просторий будиночок, комфортні ліжка, є вся необхідна техніка. Навколо сад, ходять курочки, атмосфера спокою.
Трошки замало посуду для готування їжі, не вистачає ємностей для зберігання, якихось судочків тощо. Але не те щоб це була прям велика проблема, все необхідне є. До моря йти далеченько, хвилин 15-20, якщо ви з малими дітьми, то враховуйте. До найближчого магазину пішки хвилин 25, тож краще, якщо ви матимете транспорт.
