About this house rental
Completely renovated, Seabreeze features new floors throughout, island kitchens with granite countertops and updated bathrooms with stylized walk-in showers and vanities. Seabreeze is a stacked duplex with separate upper and lower levels which makes it perfect for two families to enjoy a wonderful vacation together. Each level has a similar floor plan with three bedrooms, two full baths, a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room.
We are conveniently located only 200 yards from the beautiful sand and surf of West Beach in Gulf Shores . Just a short three minute walk to the public beach access at 13th St. The property is conveniently located just two miles west of Hwy 59.
You now can enjoy an early morning walk, jog or bike on the recently completed bike/walk path that passes by our home.
Seabreeze has separate upper and lower levels. Each level has a similar floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Each level has:
- Each Level has Approx 1300 sq ft with large French doors opening on to the front covered decks.
- Large Main Bedrooms with King-Sized beds, Smart TV, full private bath and porch
- Two additional bedrooms each with queen beds on each level
- Queen Aerobed
- Full sized Washer and Dryer in each unit
- High Speed Wireless Internet throughout the home
Each level has a fully stocked kitchen, that has been totally remodeled with new floors, granite countertops and cabinets and new appliances. Dine at the large table or relax at the bar. Appliances include full-size refrigerator, Kitchen Aid Gas stove (upper unit), Electric stove (lower unit), microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer and a margarita maker!.
The Main Bedroom, with French doors leads to a separate deck with a king-sized bed, a newly remodeled private bath and a large closet. A two-way gas log fireplace faces both the bedroom and the living room (upper unit), making this the perfect fall retreat as well.
There are five highly styled ceiling fans on each level and updated lighting throughout.
Additional amenities include wireless internet connection, Direct TV satellite service, two flat screen TV’s in each unit. A Gas BBQ grill and an outdoor hot/cold shower are provided for your use as well.
Our beach storage room has some sand toys and beach chairs for your use while staying at Seabreeze.
Covered parking is provided for up to 6 cars directly under the duplex (additional parking available).

This unit worked well for my family. Kitchen had everything you needed except a keurig coffee machine. It was as advertised.

great location, very convenient and it was very close to the beach area, the location of the property is very quiet and i would stay there few more time, the only thing that I didn't like about VRBO and this property was that I had to pay an incidental fee, that is not something I am used to doing when using the competitor sights, this was my first time using VRBO and if I have to always pay a non refundable incidental fee I will not be booking with them anymore in the near future for any of their properties, but getting back to it this property served our purpose and it was nice

We had the absolute best time last week. It was a short walk to the beach and the house was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and we had lots of room for everyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Property was just as described. It was spotless and well stocked. The location is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Communication with owner could not have been any better. We will definitely be back!!
