Enjoyable stay. Hospitable & helpful host.

Location was in a village about 2 miles from the centre of town - an easy walk (or drive). Fields of hay being bailed around you. Filed of goats opposite. Church bells ring the quarter hours. Bats at night. A rustic idyll. Good views of the valley, looking across the fields towards the small town (Ajdovščina). Nice stay.

Great experience in small village

Working farm with an opportunity to visit the animals with the host, who was extremely nice and accommodating. Easy to find in a small village but near a larger city with all of the stores needed. Nice little kitchen with a terrace with a great view over the valley. Good family bakery just a short walk away - make sure to try the krofe.

Just be sure to indicate in advance if you want breakfast - with only two rooms they need to know in advance to prepare for breakfast. Be aware it is up a flight a stairs, but the access is quite easy.
