A short walk to scala di turchi, (a must see), generous breakfast with great cannoli, clean spacious comfortable room, nice patio, short drive to Agrigento. The lady serving breakfast was kind and attentive.
Cafe Americano was from a drip pot and was weak, as was the cappuccino which was little more than steamed milk with a tablespoon of espresso in it. No excuse. After all, this is Italy, coffe capital of the world. Though the B&B is on private property behind a gate, you are charged a daily parking fee. There is something not right about that.

Very welcoming and friendly reception. Plenty of parking. Great location, with an easy walk to different dinning options. A plentiful breakfast.
Nothing - this place was excellent.

Fantastic location close to Agrigento and walking distance to the beach leading to the Turkish Steps. Secure parking, excellent breakfast and very welcoming hosts. The sunset on the beach with the Steps in the background is a very special memory.

Great location, walking distance to Scala de Turchi and 15-20min drive to Valley of the Temples. Breakfast was good.
No fridge in the room. Room was small and had quite old fittings. We had a hire car and I booked this property because booking.com said there was free parking on the property. When we arrived, the host said the parking was not free (€5 a night I think). Obviously too late to book somewhere else once you turn up. There was plenty of parking on the property. It just felt like an extra grab at getting money out of you and left a bad taste. Just disclose it upfront.
