    The hotel has a free car park next to the hotel building which allows us to park our car without any charges. It is clean and the staff were professional in handling our check in and check out. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Hamamatsu castle and Hamamatsu City Museum of Music. It's also near to Hamamatsu station. We walked safely to all these places although we had to take short cut through some of the residential houses nearby. Will recommend anyone who drives to conveniently stay at this hotel.

    お部屋がとても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです！また私はライブ参戦のためこちらのホテルに宿泊させて頂いたのですが先に荷物を預けようと思い訪問した際チェックインが遅くなるかもしれないと言うことを伝えると楽しんできてください！いつでもお待ちしております。と言ってくださったことが本当に嬉しかったです。遅くなれば連絡をしなければ行けないのではないか、頭の片隅に早く帰らなければと思っていたのですがそのお言葉で心がはれとても楽しくイベントに参加することが出来ました！また22時過ぎのチェックインになってしまっても笑顔をで優しく対応して下さりとても嬉しかったです！翌朝に関してもタクシーを手配して下さりとても助かりました！お部屋だけでなくフロントの方もとても素敵でまた泊まりに行きたいと思います！ありがとうございました！
