Breakfast and meals good. Room could do with a fridge.
I did not like the Booking. Com service im afraid and have resolved not to use you again. I had to try and change my booking and the avatar robot was useless, kept transferring but loosing my call. Took me more that 2 hours to resolve. Feel hugely let down and frustrated. Please, please drop this impersonal e-robot frustration.

Great staff and facilties and love the fun and funky vibe.
Only tiny things.
- Sockets only on one side of bed
- Round shelf on one side of bed encouraged things to fall off down side of bed
- If guest just include gym use in price as It is "sunk cost" anyway
All the important things were excellent though.

Lovely clean hotel with good size rooms. Tea, coffee and milk, iron board, hair dryer, large tv and shampoo and shower gel are added bonuses. Always been greeted by lovely, friendly staff who don't hesitate to help if you need help. A bit out the way of the centre of town but thats what we loved about it. Landscaping outside is also lovely with fish in the little ponds in the front if the hotel.
Restaurant a bit pricey for average food. My only complaint.

the pool, the room was fine and quite comfortable
The staff in the restaurant are extremely hostile. We also had to wait 2 hours to be served our food (the restaurant was almost empty). It was a really horrible experience and the worst service I have ever experienced. It's kind of the polar opposite of the traditional idea of customer service. Avoid. (unless you like this kind of thing). Customer service have so far not responded to me or refunded this meal. So at least they are consistent.
