Bardzo dobra lokalizacja jako miejsce wypadowe. Na miejscu cały czas był właściciel i nam to pasowało, bo czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, wszystkiego pilnował, nas większość czasu nie było w apartamencie, wyjeżdżaliśmy rano, wracaliśmy na wieczory, więc nic nam nie przeszkadzało.
Wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy było tak naprawdę na miejscu. Lodówka, suszarka. Dobre łącze WiFi. Ogólnodostępny parking.
Średnio wygodna kanapa, małe ręczniki, zbyt twarde poduszki - dostaliśmy ozdobne poduszki z kanapy owinięte w podszewkę. Trochę mało miejsca na blacie i mogłaby być ciut lepiej wyposażona kuchnia w drobny sprzęt jak kubki, szklanki etc.
Jak się woda nagrzała w bojlerze to była zbyt gorąca i parzyła.

Очень хорошие хозяева, замечательный вид на море. Отличное соотношение цены и качества, тихое место, внизу - пляж Малевик.
Не минус, а особенность . Подойдёт больше тем, кто на машине, до моря минут 20 пешком, но обратно в горку по жаре - не всем подойдёт.

We informed the Host we will be late due to trafic on the HR-MN border, no problem, we were greeted late evening. The Host is super nice and friendly, did all the things we asked for (laundry, setting up grill, solving a problem with the mosquito net), we were greeted with a wonderfull bottle of delicious rakija of their own produce.
The View! The view from the balcony is amazing, makes the whole stay a million times more lovely than staying in, for example, crowded and loud Sutomore (not to add Bar or Budva, overpopulated with tourists). The AC works fine, kitchen had an oven, fridge (maybe please add some dishes and forks/spoons to each room, was not enough for 4+4 people located in two rooms). The windows have roller gates and mosquito nets. You will always have a place to park the car (and we came with a minibus, not too good idea for the narrow roads)
The Beach! The apartment is located close to the best beach we had a chance to visit. Not crowded, super clean water, bar on the spot (beer 2,8. Burger 5, not too expensive, ice cream hell of expensive though). You can book two sunbeds and an umbrela for 15€. You must know that the way down is a bit long though. It's a 1,1km walk on the narrow street down and up, during a super hot day might be difficult. Our kids made it, if you are not a complaining type, you will be fine :-). Beaches in Sutomore, Bar, Budva are much more dirty and crowded, best bet is to find one of the "wild" beaches, with Maljevik being the top choice.
As a final word of explanation, at start we were terrified by the distance to the beach, dangerous roads, quality of furniture. While leaving, I was already imagining myself coming back to the exact same spot. I met people on the spot that come back on a regular basis to Montenegro and always to Villa Dusan. Let that be the final recommendation for you.
If I must complain, the kitchen furniture and the shower in my room were in pretty bad shape. Although, who travels half of Europe to cook and spend time in the bathroom? That is a matter of choice - you get a wonderful Host and top shelf balcony view for the price of lower quality kitchenware. We also had an old CRT TV (so no smart options), but the room next door had a new one. Who watches tv on vacation anyway.

U vila Dusan mozete ocekivati da vas doceka fin bracni par sa zeljom da vam odmor ucine jos lepsim, pritom na fin i nenametljiv nacin daju vam doznanja da su tu ako vam bilo sta zatreba.
