Very nice host, location away from crowded citiy center, with all facilities we nedeed for our holiday, close to a small beach suited for snorkeling, and safe parking in the inner yard. The neighbourhood was quiet during the night. We and also the children enjoyed the cosy balcony and the shower on the balcony.

We have nice and quiet holiday here. Lady of house take care of us perfectly. Wait for us because we have big delay. Advise us where to go and explain everything. Equipment of apartment was clean an functional. Parking was behind of gate. Beach nearby, but little downhill.

Very spacy and comfortable apartment. Apartment was clean and well equiped with different facilities. Apartment is located at ground floor surrounded by lot of trees, hidden from direct sun so it was not hot at all. Staff were great and kind, we had late check in around midnight. WiFi was great as well.

Неймовірно гарне розташування, вид з балкону розкриває красу морської бухти...море і сосновий ліс...а саме головне тихі теплі вечори...без тривог...без взривів... Море...окрема хвилююча казка....ніжно бірюзова вода...тепле..чисте...спокійне.. Природньо дикі пляжі вносять свою інтригу. Комусь може несподобатись камянисте дно з незручністю заходження в воду..але це компенсує різноманіття підводного життя...різновидність рибок, крабів.. Спуск до моря та зворотній підьйом до помешкання дозволяють тримати себе в тонусі та ідуть тільки на користь. Хто хоче тихого, спокійного відпочинку рекомендую.

Odlično opremljen apartman u blizini Maljevik plaže

Izuzetno ljubazan domaćin Nikolaj koji me je dočekao i koji se ponudio da mi pomogne oko prevoza i kupovine namirnica. Apartman se nalazi u naselju Zagrađe i u blizini je Maljevik plaža, koja je jako čista i znatno je manja gužva nego na gradskoj plaži. Apartman je bio čist, uredan i bio je opremljen svime što vam je potrebno (peškiri, posteljina, sapun, detrdžent za suđe, sunđeri, truleks krpa, prostirke za plažu, usisivač, pegla, mikrotalasna, džezva za kafu, ploča za kuvanje, frižider koji hladi odlično). Voda na plaži je veoma čista i samo jedan manji deo plaže je zakupljen dok je ostatak slobodan za ljude koji ne žele da plaćaju ležaljke. Sve u svemu, topla preporuka za ovaj apartman.

Prva prodavnica je nešto dalje i potrebno je malo pešačenja do nje. Vlasnik Nikolaj je tu da vam pomogne ukoliko vam je potreban prevoz do prodavnice ili kupovina namirnica tako da nećete imati problema.

Всё супер! Номер — это полноценная, уютная квартира на двоих: чисто, спокойно, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания — кондиционер, вентилятор, микроволновка, посуда и многое другое. У входа — небольшой зелёный сад, приятно выйти подышать свежим воздухом. Расположение отличное: до пляжа всего 5 минут пешком. Он намного спокойнее, чем общий — чистая вода, красивая бухта, много зелени вокруг. Свежий воздух, тишина, а лёгкий подъём по дороге добавляет немного полезного движения. Цены разумные, оформление официальное. Отдельно хочется отметить хоста — очень гостеприимный, внимательный и приятный в общении, всегда готов помочь. Спасибо. Everything was great! The place is a fully equipped, cozy apartment for two: clean, quiet, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay — air conditioner, fan, microwave, kitchenware, and more. There’s a small green garden at the entrance, nice to step out and get some fresh air. The location is excellent: just a 5-minute walk to the beach. It’s much quieter than the main one — clean water, a beautiful bay, lots of greenery around. Fresh air, peaceful surroundings, and the gentle uphill walk adds a bit of healthy activity. Prices are reasonable, and everything is officially registered. A special thanks to the host — very welcoming, attentive, and pleasant to talk to, always ready to help. Thank you! Sve je bilo super! Smeštaj je kompletan, udoban stan za dvoje: čisto, mirno, ima sve što je potrebno za prijatan boravak — klima, ventilator, mikrotalasna, posuđe i još mnogo toga. Ispred ulaza je mala zelena bašta, lepo je izaći i udahnuti svež vazduh. Lokacija je odlična: do plaže ima samo 5 minuta pešice. Mnogo je mirnija od gradske plaže — čista voda, lepa uvala, puno zelenila okolo. Svež vazduh, tišina, a blaga uzbrdica na putu dodaje malo korisnog kretanja.
