Não foi a primeira vez que estivemos neste prédio e notamos melhorias nos espaços comuns, embora continuemos a achar que existem poucas espreguiçadeiras para a quantidade de pessoas no prédio. Está muito perto de praias, centro e supermercados ao mesmo tempo que é uma zona tranquila. Ter garagem também é uma vantagem enorme para nós. Existiu um pequeno contratempo na entrega das chaves mas foi rapidamente resolvido. Apartamento bastante bem equipado, gostávamos apenas de deixar uma sugestão de melhoria: o quarto tem demasiada luz logo desde que começa a fazer dia, talvez pudessem optar por umas cortinas mais escuras ou que cortem a luz. Notamos que as da sala, por exemplo, já eram mais opacas. De resto, tudo perfeito ☺️
