TAC - Sea Breeze 2

The air-conditioning was great, bright and spacious with a comfortable bed and sofa bed with spare bedding. Ample storage and cooking utensils. Lovely balcony. Aesthetically pleasing and very close to main strip. 10-15min walk if you are heading here for Afronation as we did. Pool downstairs with fantastic restaurant and they have live DJs during Afronation x

We were not informed of renovations going on in the building, these went on every single day from 8am or earlier, right under our balcony. Loud grinders etc. The instructions to get to out apartment were incorrect (told to take the elevator to the second floor but we were on the ground floor). Contacted the concierge via whatsapp and told to follow the instructions, we said again that they were incorrect and they then directed us to our correct room. The power went out on the second day, concierge took a long time to reply, ignored our phone calls and our prawns defrosted as it took the entire day to fix (they sent us things to try and we had to return to the apartment to do so. WiFi then required rebooting which took 24hrs to have fixed. Insufficient towels and toilet paper, only 1 teatowel in kitchen and no washing pods/powder for washing machine. The bathroom sink and the unit it is attached to is very loose and wobbly. The draw almost fell out when opening. Toilet flush button got stuck on numerous times and we had to fix ourselves. Only one bath mat. Security guard during the night, no one on reception during the day that we seen, vending machine is stocked but unable to use?? No keypad to make selections.
