    From smooth check-in even with request for adjoining room to complementary late check out which was made even later due to traffic situation on the way back to hotel from mall, Sheraton Grand made my already pleasant experience as a tourist in Dubai an additional 6/5 stars. Every staff -approachable front desk staff who addresses me by my family name each time I approach her, room cleaning staff who neatly coils my charger wires and folds my piece of clothing I left on my bed, the gym staff who walks around with a friendly smile, ready to assist anyone who might need assistance, the room service staff who takes less than 5 min each time you request for additional item, the doorman who asks what's our Uber car number and directs the driver to the hotel porch where we were waiting and forvour trip back to the airport - insisted to ensure our 7 luggages fit our Uber XL whilst the Uber driver stood to watch him work solo, Sheraton Grand's staff ensures the best experience for it's guests. Thank you all from the bottom of our heart. Your service had been top class! We appreciate you! ❤️

    كل يوم الساعه ٩ الصبح كان فيه صوت ازعاج للبنايات ومافي عازل فا كان جداً مزعج وعزل النافذه ما كان قوي صوت السيارات مزعج .. بس كل شي كان تمام قريب من دبي مول ومرتب وسهولة الوصل والستاف جداً ممتاز وودود
