Service boys were very good and prompt. Rooms were somewhat clean and food was okay.
The reception guy behaviour was like they are doing us favor by providing us rooms.
One more thing I didn't like is extra charge for children more than 5 years even if you don't ask for extra bed. They charged extra 2000 rupees for a 9 year old boy. We had booked 4 rooms for 3 nights. In one room we had 9 years old boy. There was no complimentary breakfast and we didn't ask for extra bed.
