Lovely place submerged in the Umbrian countryside.

The breakfast. Besides given access to the coffee machine and two pods, we were given a small choice of industrial snacks, and that’s it. We made the coffee but left the snacks and went to a bar to have a proper breakfast

The owner was welcoming and warm and made check in very easy . He was very apologetic about the directions given by the booking.com app - see below

The directions on the booking.com app were inaccurate and left me stranded on a very narrow agricultural isolated road with limited space to maneuver about 4 kms shy of the property in the dark. Luckily Enzo the owner was able to send me a Whatsapp pin to help me find the property. The app should have directed me through the town of Marsciano which would have been a much more direct and easier route all round. [Please take note Booking.com!!!}

Des petites lacunes en organisation et communication, mais un bon compromis qualité prix.

Pour le petit déjeuner, la formule nous était inhabituelle: Un panier à disposition dans la chambre afin de se préparer son petit déjeuner dans une salle commune attenante. Le tout était axé sur la consommation de café, mais ce n'était pas notre cas. Nous avons donc utilisé du thé que nous avons acheté au supermarché, et utilisé un micro-ondes qui était disponible (avec un fil trop court, donc, à déplacer). Tant qu'à faire, nous avons acheté de quoi manger la veille au soir, et aussi utilisé le micro-ondes. L'endroit est isolé et calme.

L'accès nous fut assez difficile. Tout d'abord, nous avons eu notre route bloquée par la réfection d'un pont. Il nous eut été utile de le savoir à l'avance, cela nous aurait économisé une demi douzaine de kilomètres. Ensuite le navigateur nous à laissé à destination en plein champ. Nous avons du demander aux rares personnes que nous avons pu voir à proximité. La communication d'un plan d'accès aurait été utile. L'endroit n'est pas approprié pour qui n'a pas de véhicule (non gênant pour nous) et ne veut pas trop marcher.

Splendido alloggio condiviso

La famiglia che ci ha ospitato è simpatica e accogliente, e la casa carina e un po' isolata. Ottimo punto di appoggio per girare l'Umbria essendo centrale rispetto ai luoghi di principali interesse. Nonostante non fosse compresa la colazioni veniva sempre dato caffè, succo e brioche confezionate. Siamo stati molto bene e se dovessimo tornare in zona sicuramente ci fermeremo di nuovo.

Sarebbe bello poter utilizzare gli elettrodomestici della cucina per potersi cucinare qualcosa in autonomia. Comunque non un grosso problema, soprattutto in periodo di feste paesane.

Soggiorno favoloso e qualità-prezzo eccellente

I miei zii hanno recentemente soggiornato in una camera privata con bagno all'interno. La struttura si è rivelata davvero molto bella, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna ma al tempo stesso in una posizione strategica, comoda per raggiungere diverse località della regione. La camera era estremamente pulita e curata, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Inclusa nel soggiorno una colazione semplice offerta dalla struttura, davvero un’attenzione gradita. Grazie Enzo perché ti sei dimostrato fin da subito molto disponibile, gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Consigliamo vivamente questo casolare a chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e ben posizionato.

Todo muy bien, pero las camas incomodas le hacen perder puntos

Muy bonita casa y entorno, solo la usamos para dormir, pero el lugar es muy completo en infraestructuras y acogedor.

La cama, por desgracia, era muy muy vieja e incomoda, no pudimos dormir bien las dos noches que estuvimos.No entiendo como un lugar tan bonito luego tiene unas camas tan incomodas y viejas.Y la ropa de cama muy basica, con dos mini almohadas planas, por favor, un poco mas de detalle aqui no cuesta nada y supone una gran diferencia en la comodidad de quien usa la habitación. Aparte, aunque me importe menos, nadie nos recibio ni nos dio indicaciones de como entrar en la habitación, tuvimos que hacer nosotros una llamada internacional para poder averiguarlo. Por lo demas todo ok.

La struttura esterna è molto bella: casale tipico della campagna umbra ben ristrutturato. La camera ampia, letto comodo. A poca distanza da supermercati ed attività commerciali. La proprietaria molto gentile.

La pulizia non è il massimo: ragnatele sotto uno sgabello ai piedi del letto, polvere sui comodini, wc con grosse difficoltà nel far defluire il contenuto. Scarsa attenzione alla privacy degli utenti (esci dalla stanza e ti ritrovi davanti, all'improvviso, il proprietario che gira per i corridoi in calzoncini corti, senza scarpe e a torso nudo avvalendosi di una scala interna che collega casa sua, al piano terra, con le camere riservate agli ospiti, al primo piano). Alle prime ore del mattino (non erano ancora le 8) siamo stati svegliati dal rumore di un soffiatore usato per pulire il cortile proprio sotto la finestra della nostra camera. Un consiglio alla signora: è meglio se si occupa lei dei rapporti con la clientela in considerazione dei modi pittoreschi e piuttosto gretti di suo marito.

Место тихое и уединенное. Парковка в закрытом дворе. Встретила дружелюбная кошка, за ней подошел и хозяин, к сожалению говорящий только на итальянском, но мы вполне друг друга поняли. Комната достаточных размеров, чисто, тепло, все заявленное присутствовало. Имеется общая кухня со всем необходимым и гостиная. Мы всем остались довольны, с удовольствием остановимся здесь при случае в будущем.

Интернет работал посредственно, впрочем, вполне хватило для наших нужд.
