Overall property Location is great, breakfast, bed room size was good and staff were very helpful.

Swimming pool wasn't clean and less playing facilities for kids.

Best place to stay nea about a good beach to relax with family

A bit ol fashioned but very spacious

I like more on greeneries part of the properties and specially the staff team, yashin bunty. They are so helpfull guidance and cooperation I stay for 3 night and 4 day. It was a good memorable stay with my family Location is only 10 mins to calungate and Baga beach

Little bit building renovation required here and there

We selected this resort for a family union. This property is at a 7 minutes walk from the beach and also at a 5 minutes walk from the main road between Calangute and Candolim. It is a complex of many villas of different sizes. The villas are all spread out among lush greenery of mango, coconut and jackfruit trees. The rooms are clean with all basic amenities, geysers, ac and inverter. There were four ac bedrooms and an ac living room. Kitchen has a fridge, induction plate and basic utensils. There is a sit out for evening get together, if you are willing to risk a mango fruit falling from the tree. There is a swimming pool, but it was not cleaned. The water was cloudy due to some chemical added to it and a lot of small leaves fallen from above. We had to skip swimming, a major attraction of our trip. The property was short of manpower, but the available staff was very helpful. They served fresh tasty breakfast. There are plenty of veg and nonveg restaurants on the main road. You can even order food thru apps. Overall it was a pleasant experience and a nice budget place for a big family group.

Swimming pool which is a unique selling point, should be clened regularly. We skipped it, but saw some guests risking their health in the dirty water. More staff required.
