Le quartier n’est pas trés" accueillant " car trés sale. Le logrment manquerait de quelques éléments de bases pour plus de confort surtout quand on arrive de trés loin, comme par ex juste du sel de l’huile. Un oreiller supplèmentaire au cas ou.. Un surmatelas pour plus de confort..mais pas obligatoire, juste pour améliorer.

La ubicación fue lo que más me gustó, y la amplitud del departamento.

El estado del baño podría mejorar, y sería bueno poner alguna separación entre una de las dos pieza y el comedor (tiene un vano abierto, sin cortina).

Location is just behind Rosio. Beds are ok. Livingroom ok. Large kitchen.

Although very close to everything, the location is accessed through a big black comunity of migrants who stay in that aria of rosio all the time, even at 23 o'clock and, more, they use the adjacent streets as wc. So we had to pass through them and then to walk 1 minute an some empty narrow streets smeling very bad. and one night 2 of this comunity where fighting there. We were 4 old adults, but I wouldn't have liked as my dauther to be accomodate there alone or with a friend. The bathroom is very small and very old. The bedrooms are very small, The kitchen seriously under-equipped (can''t boil on egg, and the cheapest, damaged frying pan I have ever seen). If the price is less then other proprieties, you can expect smaller spaces, or older bath but if the owner care about the visitor can think and put a hook an a shelf in the bathroom, can change the sofa cover, can equip the kitchen with a minim of standard quality level.
