La ubicación fue lo que más me gustó, y la amplitud del departamento.
El estado del baño podría mejorar, y sería bueno poner alguna separación entre una de las dos pieza y el comedor (tiene un vano abierto, sin cortina).

Da localização.
Banheiro pequeno. Falta de cortinas black-out nos quartos. Falta de dedetização, apareceu barata no box do banheiro, durante o banho. Aparelho de TV pequeno. Travesseiros velhos. Não comporta 5 pessoas, pois há apenas 1 banheiro. Falta de espelho nos quartos, falta de local para colocar as roupas. O único lugar que tem espelho é o banheiro e não tem tomada para usar secador. Cadeiras da sala, assentos afundados, necessitando reparos.
