Good location near the train station. Modern hotel.
It’s hard to describe in words because the hotel was modern and clean, but it was not exceptional for its class in comparison to others I have been to in Korea.

Modern hotel in a good location near the train station
Everything was adequate and clean, but I felt it was not exceptional for the class it is in. I have been in Korea for one month.

Location and condition of the hotel
Although the breakfast was good, it was not as good as most hotels in the same class in Korea. I have stayed in Korea for one month.
Also, I had a ‘garden” room, but all it consisted of was a little square plot of half dry grass outside the door.
