    1. 가성비는 좋은 편이고 객실의 크기는 작아요. 2. 내국인보다 외국인에게 훨씬 친절한 곳 3. 객실 내부 화장실 창문이 뚫려 있어서 샤워실 앞 오픈 옷장의 옷들이 습기를 먹어 축축해집니다. 이런 곳은 처음이군요. 중요한 비즈니스 있으시거나 고가의 옷은 피하는게 좋을듯. 4. 연박하는데 수건이 모자라서 부탁드렸더니 1인용으로만 주셨더라구요. 2명이 묵는다는걸 아셨을텐데 기본적인 숙박 인수도 확인하지 않고 일을 대충 처리하셔서 당황했습니다. 게다가 배달된 수건은 큰 봉지에 너무 성의없이 담겨져 있었어요. 5. 조식을 먹는데 손님 회전율이 너무 빨라 직원분들이 일하시는데 힘들어 보였어요. 테이블은 작고 그릇이 치워지지 않아 도와드리기 위해 빈 접시를 어디에 둘까 고민하고 있었습니다. 남자 매니저님은 분명 저를 보았는데 외면하시더라구요. 당시 빈 접시를 들고서 일어서서 서 있는 사람은 저뿐이고, 제가 작은 키도 아니고, 매니저님과 제 사이의 거리는 매우 가까웠고, 엘리베이터에 사람들이 내리지 않았고, 매니저님은 분명 그전에 제 자리로 오셔서 그릇을 치워주셔서 알고 계셨습니다. 결국 저 멀리서 열심히 일하시는 직원분이 저를 보시고 와주셔서 제 그릇을 가져다 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 세심한 배려와 고객에 대한 마인드가 많이 부족합니다. 식사 후, 나갈때 남자 매니저님은 인사도 안하시더군요. 외국인분들에겐 많이 친절하신 느낌이셔서 씁쓸했습니다.

    Room was big, beautiful and most of all, extremely clean. location was ideal. BUT, hotel was super expensive - no amenities provided, not even water. breakfast was insanely expensive. and the use of the pool was almost 22usd for just 1 hour per person. for the amount paid, some amenities should have been provided. nevertheless, a comfortable stay
