My place is close to historic attractions & quaint towns! So, a perfect opportunity to escape and unwind from city life on a beautiful & historic 250 acre estate. Our historic 200 year old bungalow comfortably fits 3 people & is perfect for those who just want to take a step back and enjoy nature.

Visit a variety of great vineyards. You are only 20 min away from the home of President Jefferson's "Monticello" and from the home of President James Madison's "Montpelier". We are 40 minutes from Shenandoah National Park.

We are in the country and these are old cottages, we seasonally have lady bugs, stink bugs and wasps. We do everything to prevent them coming in the cottage. We do not give refunds however we will do our best to make your stay good.

We loved this historic little cottage! It was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities that we needed. Nico was very responsive and quick to fix our plumbing issue. Once fixed we never had anymore issues. We would absolutely stay here again and really appreciated the hosts and their beautiful property.

Sweet cottage but very dark with the small windows and dim lights in the living area. We would read in the kitchen at night because it was much brighter. The kitchen was cute but had a soiled, unwashed plastic cutting board, dusty cups and bowls, etc. no tops for the pots and pans and a missing bottom glass shelf in the fridge. The bedroom upstairs had no headboard on the bed, so when reading in bed your pillows were leaned up against the air conditioner right above your head. That was loud at night, and blew air too close to your head. The wooden tray in the living room on top of the coffee table was dirty and had small items The picnic table outside our cottage was in bad repair and there was only one old Adirondack chair. The hiking trails to the graveyard (which was incredibly overgrown with fallen trees, prickers and other vegetation. The hiking trails were not mowed so really long grass. Lots of ticks.
